Meet Our Instructors

Jolly
Yoga Instructor
Yoga has been a lifelong journey for me. Growing up in India, it was deeply rooted in our culture. It’s more than just poses; it’s a holistic practice that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.
I’ve come to appreciate the profound impact of yoga over the years. My practice is a personal exploration, focused on inner peace rather than outward appearance. I believe in the power of shared energy, so feel free to join me on the mat anytime. Let’s find our balance together.

sarah
Yoga Instructor
Hey everyone! I’m Sarah, a Bikram yoga enthusiast who made the move from sunny New Orleans to Denver in 2022. I’ve been hooked on the heat and challenge of Bikram since 2009.
The consistency of the 26 postures helped me find a meditative focus that I love sharing with my students. I completed my teacher training in 2010 and have been inspiring yogis ever since. When I’m not teaching, you can find me upside down on a pole, hiking, or enjoying live music with my partner and our two cats. Let’s sweat together!

ann marie
Yoga Instructor
Ann Marie’s passion for Bikram yoga ignited in Colorado in 2003 and has since fueled her global teaching journey.
From the mountains of Boulder to the beaches of Bali, she’s shared the transformative power of the 26 postures with students around the world. While her yoga practice has deepened over the years, Bikram’s method remains her foundation.

sergio
Yoga Instructor
Sergio’s journey with Bikram Yoga began in 2009 and deepened significantly after completing teacher training in 2012. Following a 23-year military career, he dedicated himself full-time to sharing the transformative power of Bikram yoga with others.
In 2021, Sergio shifted his focus to the U.S. Space Force, but the call to teach brought him back to the yoga studio. He’s excited to reconnect with the Bikram community and continue inspiring students through this healing practice.

nadia
Yoga Instructor
Nadia’s journey with Bikram’s yoga started +20 years ago. With this yoga, she’s healed runner knee pains and sciatica, and averted back pain practicing 4-5 days per week through her first pregnancy at the age of 40.
Beyond experiencing a multitude of physical benefits, the mental benefits of Bikram’s yoga have been life changing. Nadia went to Bikram’s Spring 2009 Teacher Training in Palm Desert, travelled and taught all over the country since then, including +6 years in NYC, and +2 years in Boston’s suburbs. She’s honored to join the Mile High community.
